I live in an apartment (upstairs). Whenever I use the restroom and flush the toilet, it flushes down and it works normally…but after its done flushing, it makes like a loud vibrating noise and I dont know what it could be. This has been going on for a while and I hope it doesn’t disturb the neighbors downstairs. I do smoke black & mild cigars and I throw the ashes and the plastic tips in the toilet and flush them down the toilet. I hope that ain’t it.

This noise is quite common but suggests the drain pipe or sewer may require clearing.
Might be an idea to discard cigar bits elsewhere.
